【澳洲和牛M8-9背肩牛排 200g±4.5%/片】

嚴選澳洲 M8-9 高等級和牛，取自肩胛部位，兼具濃郁肉香與柔嫩口感。

細緻油花均勻分布，煎烤後脂香自然釋放，入口多汁、肉味濃厚，帶有恰到好處的咀嚼感。

適合乾煎、燒烤或鐵板料理，簡單撒鹽即可品嚐和牛原始風味。


─ 烹調、熟度、配料 建議 ─

烹調

燒烤牛排：單面均勻撒上椒鹽粉，靠近火源面烤至5分熟，翻面後再烤至5~7分熟即可，沾點檸檬汁更美味

平底鍋烹調：待牛排回溫，將牛排2面鋪上椒鹽，鍋子燒至中溫熱，放入牛排用中火煎至金黃色，翻面再煎約30秒-1分鐘（可隨喜歡的熟度調整），將牛排分切後盛盤即可食用。

熟度

建議以5~7分熟為主。

配料

建議搭配岩鹽、黑胡椒、乾杯椒鹽食用，亦可搭配山葵、柚子胡椒一起品嚐。
