【澳洲和牛MB8+和牛牛排 120g/片】

採用澳洲和牛MB8+等級腿三角部位,肉質緊實中帶柔軟,油花分布細緻、不油膩。



─ 烹調、熟度、配料 建議 ─

烹調

電烤盤:火力調至最大(約200-230度C) ,先將第一面烤至金黃色,上面浮現許多肉汁後翻面,翻面後烤至喜歡熟度即可品嚐。

平底鍋:待牛排回溫,將牛排2面鋪上椒鹽,鍋子燒至中溫熱,放入牛排用中火煎至金黃色,翻面再煎約1-2分鐘(可隨喜歡的熟度調整),靜置1分鐘將表面煎熱,將牛排分切後盛盤即可食用。

熟度

建議五分熟。

配料

建議搭配乾杯椒鹽粉或乾杯萬用燒肉醬食用。
